£36,000 per annum plus £1,000 service charge
Working 4 days a week, around 43 hours

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef...

Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes with precision and care
Bringing creativity and passion to the menu as the pub continues to develop
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
Helping to lead and motivate a small, skilled team
