£36,000 to £38,000 per annum (DOE) plus service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef

Leading the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Head Chef
Assisting in the creation of innovative and memorable menus
Preparing and serving dishes to the highest standards in a busy 3 Rosette restaurant
Training and mentoring new kitchen staff
Maintaining rigorous food safety and health and safety standards
Ensuring flawless execution of breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, Sunday lunch, and occasional events such as weddings
