JWR is recruiting for a Chef de partie for a premium fresh food venue in the heart of Cirencester, part of a distinguished collection of hotels known for their commitment to quality and local ingredients.

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the kitchen brigade, ensuring the smooth running of a designated section. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with precision and creativity under the guidance of the Head Chef. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment where teamwork and passion for food are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards according to menu specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or Commis in a high-quality kitchen environment.
  • A passion for food and a keen interest in culinary trends and techniques.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent culinary qualification is desirable.
