Your Role as Sous Chef:

As Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to the Head Chef, responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly during service. You’ll take an active role in menu development, staff training, and driving the overall quality and consistency of the food.
