We are recruiting an experiencedSous Chef for an exciting new project for an independently owned estate in the heart of the Cotswolds. The estate is set to open a new all-day dining café, restaurant & Deli in early April 2025, serving a variety of locally sourced, seasonal produce.

As a Sous Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, helping to ensure the consistent standards and building an excellent reputation within the area.

The café will operate 7 days a week, offering both indoor and extensive outdoor dining options during the summer months,

The Person

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within busy produce driven fresh food restaurants or cafes.
  • Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
  • Availability to work 40-45 hours per week, mostly day shifts.
