We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our client based in Cirencester

Requirements

  • You must be MRICS (5 years minimum PQE) and experienced in the residential sector.
  • Must have experience with listed buildings, understand the planning system, and good building control knowledge.
  • Good with clients and able to meet new clients and win work.
  • Able to write schedules of work/specifications.
  • Knowledge of JCT contracts (MW & IMW), contract administration experience, and project management experience.
  • Able to manage own workload
  • Able to undertake inspections and surveys.
  • Produce reports on defects.
  • Produce reports on properties (RICS Level 2 and 3).
  • Produce insurance reinstatement costings.
  • Nice to have - Party wall / dilapidations.
