The position is for a Senior Building Surveyor with a flexible hybrid work option available.

Main Duties

Commercial, heritage and residential construction designing
Dilapidation inspections
Building inspections
Negotiate with a mixture of parties

Ideal Candidate

Full Driving license / own vehicle
Strong Knowledge of building regulations, Heritage legislation and Project management
MRICS Qualifications (desired)
2 + years' experience within the sector
RICS Level 2 (desired)
