Press Fleet Executive
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Press Fleet Executive to manage the Press Fleet on behalf of their customer. Working with their preferred logistics provider to ensure processes are followed and timelines met. Always one step ahead and thinking proactively whilst providing all internal and external customers with information and support as required in an effective, efficient and professional manner.
As a Press Fleet Executive, you will need to have/be:
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
- Conversant in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Able to prioritise duties
- Thorough attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive approach.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to use own initiative but know when matters need to be referred.
- Discretion and a clear demonstration of confidentiality always.
- Able to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Able to prioritise duties, multi-task, and manage multiple projects
- Team member with flexible 'can-do' attitude

Details:
- Salary: 27, 000
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Cirencester
- Duration: Permanent
Role of a Press Fleet Executive:
- To take responsibility for the Press Fleet Management, managing the schedule and allocating vehicles to the UK Press.
- Ensuring that all enquiries from Journalists are handled promptly and professionally.
- To control the invoicing process and ensure costs and out of scope invoicing is allocated, recharged and reconciled to the correct accounts.
- Working closely with the preferred logistics provider to ensure a smooth running of the fleet
- Provide administration support as required to the project and senior management team.
- To assist in the production of and work to the agreed Business Plan and KPIs.
- Maintain company image through good working relationships with the customer and suppliers
