gap personnel Gloucester are currently recruiting a Production operative  to join their manufacturing company based in South Cerney.

Key Responsibilities:• Manufacture timberframe walls, joists, and roof structures to specification.• Accurately read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise construction.• Operate factory machinery and tools safely and efficiently.• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.Skills and Qualifications:• Experience in carpentry, preferably in a factory environment.• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.• Ability to work well within a team, collaborating to achieve production targets.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.• A commitment to health and safety practices.If you have the skills and experience we’re looking for and are eager to contribute to our continued success, we’d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: £12Monday to Thursday 7am-6pm
