Finance Manager – Cirencester – £50k Pro Rata + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Finance Manager seeking a rewarding role in Cirencester? Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee financial reporting, including VAT returns, PAYE submissions, and month-end reports.
- Manage payroll functions and ensure the accurate processing of PAYE and pensions.
- Reconcile bank statements and control accounts while maintaining meticulous financial records.
- Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial standards.
- Provide financial advice and management reports to senior leadership.
What Experience is Required
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, and VAT processes.
- Familiarity with compliance and governance in financial operations.
