  • Hybrid Working: Option to work from home 2 days per week after training

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Work closely with a team of 7, collaborating with wider departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilise technical knowledge to support and drive sales processes.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Be responsible for the business requirements of your allocated sales area and work within the sales team to be flexible with other areas also
  • Efficient and effective handling of all enquiries and complaints received from allocated customers.
  • Be responsible for self-administration and organisation including preparation of quotations in response to enquiries for products or services.
  • Use Engineering and Systems teams to support and serve your area in the implementation of the successful sales of application solutions and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independent
