We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive focused on driving sales through cold calling. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in telesales, particularly those experienced in selling services rather than products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Engage in cold calling to sell services directly to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication.
  • Identify decision-makers within businesses to pitch and sell services.
  • Utilise Sales Force or other CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on direct sales without the primary need for lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities.
  • Manage sales data in organised manner and schedule sales activity appropriately
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in telesales, ideally with a background in service sales
  • Strong ability to sell and close deals over the phone
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Sales Force
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilient and persistent, with a professional approach to sales
