Our client is a highly respected International Recruitment Firm, working with some of the top 10 firms in the accountancy sector. With consistent growth since 2010, they are now looking to expand their team and bring on a driven, motivated individual. No prior recruitment experience is needed, as comprehensive, ongoing training and development will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to top talent within the UK Accountancy and Finance sectors via calls, emails, text, and other platforms.
• Build a skilled and diverse talent pool to be ready for upcoming recruitment needs from international and national clients.
• Collaborate with an experienced team of head-hunters and consultants.
• Advise candidates on market-leading roles and career opportunities.
• Research and gain insights into clients and job roles to match with specialized candidates.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Enthusiastic, target-driven, and motivated by success and financial rewards.
• A strong desire to learn, develop, and excel in the Accountancy and Finance market.
• Previous sales exposure is advantageous, but not a necessity.
• Effective communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
