Our client, a small HR consultancy near to North Swindon, is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support their recruitment team. This role would be ideal for a skilled administrator with strong interpersonal skills who is keen to explore a career in recruitment or HR
This is a 1 month temporary contract and offers £13.50 an hour plus holiday pay. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am -5.30pm in office.  Â
As Recruitment Administrator, you will:
- Transferring interview notes onto Excel spreadsheets
- Client liaison booking interviews
- Candidate liaison with interviews
- Diary management
- Simple reporting
We would love to hear from you, if you have the following:
- Solid previous experience within a Customer service/ Administration roles
- Proficient with all MS office – Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Highly organised with excellent diary management skills
- Are available immediately and you have no holidays booked in February
The Role:
As Recruitment Administrator, you’ll spend your days working with a friendly and supportive team, contributing to the completion of daily administrative tasks. From liaising with applicants and clients, and managing the end to end interview booking process, to ensuring documentation is up to date and accurately logged, this is great opportunity to gain experience working for a HR business.
Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay, and, if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, you will be opted into our pension scheme.
