A lucrative opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Mortgage Advisor to join this highly successful independent Estate Agent in the Cirencester area.
Mortgage Advisor – Benefits
- £28,000 basic salary, OTE £40,000

The successful Mortgage Advisor will have experience in a similar role and have already gained the CeMAP qualification and be a practising advisor.
Within this role the Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for:
- Self generating appointments
- Converting branch generated appointments
- You will be able to provide both telephone based and face to face services
- Providing excellent 'whole of market' knowledge of the lending products available to your clients
Mortgage Advisor – Experience Needed
- CeMAP qualification required
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Natural ability to build rapport and have a consultative style sales approach
- Well presented, articulate and self motivated
