An opportunity for an experienced PA to part-time support an international family based in the Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will be discrete, very organised and tenacious, and open to supporting the family in the management of their small estate, as well as their private appointments and travels.

Experience working as a PA is a must, as is fluent spoken and written English and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Working hours: The role is part-time three days per week for a total of 24 hours, of which one day (ideally 8am to 4pm) should be spent in person at the family estate near Cirencester. Given the estate’s rural location, candidates must have their own car.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

•Staff administration (salary payments, holiday/sick-day admin, expenses).

•Handling the estate’s finances and keeping record of in- and outgoings.

•Keeping track of maintenance schedule, book maintenance visits from external contractors.

•Diary management and booking personal appointments and travel.
