We are delighted to be working with a luxury boutique hotel set in a stunning country estate in the Cotswolds. They are now looking for an experienced Breakfast Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the breakfast service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience every morning.

Youll lead a dedicated team, manage daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of service and quality, all while contributing to the hotels welcoming and refined atmosphere.

Responsibilities as the Breakfast Manager

  • Leading and managing the breakfast service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining high service standards.
  • Supervising, training, and motivating the breakfast team, ensuring they deliver a seamless, guest-focused experience.
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain quality and consistency in service.
  • Ensuring all health and safety, hygiene, and food safety standards are adhered to, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both guests and staff.
  • Collaborating with the F&B Manager to develop seasonal menus and special offerings, tailoring the breakfast experience to the hotels guests.
