Project Administrator
Location: Cirencester

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Administrator to provide reliable, high-quality administrative and logistical support to the Ecology team and broader consulting group. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, supporting team objectives and adapting to changing project needs with a positive, self-motivated attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely administrative support to the Ecology and consulting teams
  • Engage and communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Adhere to company policies and champion a positive company culture
  • Support other team functions when needed, displaying adaptability and teamwork
  • Actively pursue professional development and seek training opportunities

Role Requirements:

  • Logical, proactive, and commercially minded with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, practical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in client care (both internal and external), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with quality standards, particularly ISO standards, and a commitment to health and safety policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to advance skills in line with project demands

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in project coordination or a similar administrative role
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong multitasking skills with an eye for detail
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
