Architectural Technician / Technologist

Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.30pm (Flexibility is offered with some working from home)
We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our client based in Cirencester.
Requirements
- Ideally you will have MCIAT or MCIOB to complement their team of Chartered Building Surveyors and other Architectural Technicians.
- Minimum 5 years PQE
- Able to use AutoCAD.
- Undertaking accurate measured surveys and prepare survey drawings (not essential).
- Preparation of proposal/feasibility drawings for discussions with clients.
- Preparation of drawings to meet statutory requirements such as for planning application, listed building consent application, and building control submission.
- Must have experience with listed buildings, understand the planning system, and good building control knowledge.
- Good with clients and able to meet new clients and win work.
- Able to write schedules of work/specifications.
- Knowledge of JCT contracts (MW & IMW), contract administration experience, and project management experience.
- Able to manage own workload
