- Provide support to both onsite and remote users for business applications
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth operations
- Handle data tasks, including cleansing, exporting, and preparing weekly reports
- Assist with technical projects and system upgrades
- Some experience in technical support, reporting, or data-focused roles
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Comfortable providing both face-to-face and remote support to users
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Sage, or SQL would be an advantage
