This Building Services Management Contractoris looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join them on a permanentbasis on a data centreproject in Amsterdam.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
- Supervise Sub-Contractors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- The Mechanical Supervisor will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed efficiently and according to quality standards.
- Lead toolbox talks
- The Mechanical Supervisor will monitor and perform routine maintenance and repairs on Mechanical equipment.
- Engaging with the Supply Chain and support the contractor delivery and commissioning process.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND OF THE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
- The Mechanical Supervisor will have demonstrated experience in a similar role within building services
- Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour in a multi-trade environment.
- The Mechanical Supervisor will be mechanically qualified with SSSTS or SMSTS.
- 2-5 years within a Mechanical Supervisor role
- Must have experiance on big piping projects.
