We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our post-16 enhanced provision. This bespoke learning programme is designed for a small group of learners, focusing on life skills and tailored support. The role of the Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is crucial in helping students whose needs extend beyond what can be met within the main sixth form.

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will work as part of a close-knit team to inspire and encourage learners to develop essential skills for both learning and life. You will contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where much of the curriculum is based on community activities.
