GPS Recruitment are looking to speak with Employee Experience Advisors (HR) who are currently looking for a 1-year fixed contract. The role is to cover maternity.
What are we looking for?
As HR Advisor, you will work with managers and key stakeholders to help build the people capability helping to shape and implement effective strategies and activities within the organisation, focusing on recruitment, retention, engagement and the overall employee experience.
What will you be doing?
- Support the business strategy from a people perspective, including recruitment of new talent, retention of key people and reward strategies.
- Use HR information systems to gather people data and insights on key people metrics such as absence, staff turnover, cost per hire etc
- Provide a proactive HR service, including employee relations, resourcing, people development, performance management & reward, as well involvement in workforce planning and resource management
- Contribute to the implementation of the people strategies and plans, including employee engagement initiatives
- Manage an Employee Relations caseload
- Manage internal Employee Experience communications
Personal skills we are looking out for:
- A level of experience in Human Resources, (either as HR Generalist, Advisor or Business Partner role).
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Experience of dealing with employee relations processes
- Proactive nature
