Customer Service Coordinator, up to 26k a year DOE, Monday to Friday, No weekend working, private health care, 28 days holiday, permanent position, additional technical training offered.

This position is working with a UK Automotive business that are leading players in their sector - supporting the Service Department in a wide variety of activities including parts, and product support
The Customer Service Coordinator would suit someone who has good communication skills, be detail orientated, a problem solver with customer service skills and the ability to work constructively with a variety of stakeholders with a tactful and positive approach.
Customer Service Coordinator duties include.
- To receive calls relating to vehicles and support the customers through the rectification process and a successful conclusion
- Provide regular updates and reports for outstanding work
- Provide parts and service quotes
- Create invoices for completed work.
- Continuously inform and keep all parties updated on the progress of each case
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator role would be :
* Team player that can work well with others.
* Computer literate and proficient with packages such as Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Good sense of Humour
* Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently.
* Previous experience within a Manufacturing / Engineering environment desirable
