Our client is dedicated to providing unparalleled support to their clients while fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. They are now seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Service Manager to guide and inspire their talented team toward achieving outstanding goals and objectives.

As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead and motivate the team to reach and surpass key performance indicators. You will set clear goals and regularly review their progress to ensure everyone remains on track toward success. Your role will also encompass:

  • Developing the team's skills through effective training and management.
  • Recruiting and training new staff, ensuring the department is adequately resourced to handle seasonal fluctuations in workload.
  • Planning and organising yourself and others to meet specific objectives.
  • Supporting teams across different functions to ensure cohesive achievement of overall goals.

The ideal candidate will have a knack for communication and a keen eye for organisation. Requirements include:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English.
  • A Level 3 qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Strong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the capability to make informed decisions promptly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in leading a team is preferred, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn can be just as valuable!
  • Knowledge of ERP / D365 is advantageous but not essential.
  • A cheerful and collaborative work environment, where everyone's contributions are valued.

- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a generous 45-minute unpaid lunch.

- Benefit from an early finish at 3:30 pm on Fridays, allowing extra time to enjoy your weekend!
