Job Purpose- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing audits from planning to completion
- Leading audit meetings, advising clients on statutory financial requirements and discussing audit findings
- Providing insightful recommendations to improve client financial systems and controls
- Preparation and reviewing of corporation tax computations and quarterly management accounts
- Reviewing non-audit engagements, such as audit exemption accounts
- Supporting the partners in the operational management and growth of the firm
- Training and developing junior staff, managing workflow, and providing ongoing support

- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and key disclosure requirements
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients with turnovers up to c.£35m
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to oversee audit processes from start to finish and mentor junior staff
- Expertise in a range of accountancy software, including Sage 50 and Xero
- The ability to provide clients with strategic advice and improvements for their financial systems and internal controls
