Plant or Forklift Field Service Engineer

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday

Salary - £30k to £36k depending on experience

Overtime - £3k to £6k per year

  • Regular Overtime at time and a half
  • Yearly company bonus

  • 22 days + stats

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer ideally with a plant industry background, to join an established business. Generally, you will be working from home, covering the West Yorkshire area.

THE ROLE

You would join a team to provide direct customer service, attend customer properties where you will have the responsibility for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs on diesel, LPG and electrically operated equipment. Product training will be given.

ESSENTIAL TO APPLY

• Full driving licence.

• Own tools - Specialist tools will be provided

• Good knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and control systems.

• Excellent fault diagnostic skills.

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer. (ideally with plant experience)

• Own hand tools

• Customer focused, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Enthusiastic, outgoing and determined.

• Well organised and possess a courteous and friendly manner.
