An established and successful property agency in Cleckheaton, renowned for its strong market presence and independent, forward-thinking approach, is offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 215 residential properties.

• Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.

• Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

• Meet performance targets and business objectives.

• Ensure properties comply with all relevant legislation.

• Organize and monitor Gas Safety Certificates.

• Stay up to date with current property legislation and regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Highly self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record in lettings property management and be prepared to hit the ground running.

A full UK driving licence is required.

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: £27,000, plus a £3,000 bonus.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (1 in 4).
