A new opportunity is available for an experienced sales executive to work as a New Homes Sales Executive in Cleethorpes.
This full-time, permanent role requires working from Thursday to Monday and involves providing outstanding customer service and managing enquiries.
Candidates are expected to achieve sales targets, promote mortgage advisers and solicitors, and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
While experience in housing sales is preferred, it is not essential, and good IT skills are required.
The position offers a salary of £25,000 per annum plus commission.

Fantastic new opportunity for an experienced sales executive to work as a New Homes Sales Executive on a sites in Cleethorpes. This is a full time, permanent position working Thursday - Monday.

The RoleWorking for a five star builder, the post holder will:Provide outstanding customer service, managing all customer enquiriesAchieve sales in line with targetsPromote panel of independent mortgage advisers and solicitors to ensure an efficient customer service and achievement of company timescalesComplete all administrative tasks in line with policy and timescalesUndertake market research within the new and secondhand housing marketMaintain excellent working relationships with site staffThe successful candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience to customers in the purchase of their home. They will also be driven to deliver and exceed sales targets.

Remuneration£25,000 per annum + commission.
