 Reed Financial services are pleased to be representing a Chartered Financial Planner firm based in North Somerset. Due to growth and demand they seek an additional IFA Support administrator to join their team.

Adviser Support
  • Annual Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
  • Location: Clevedon, Bristol, office based
  • Job Type: Full-time
Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide general administrative support including preparing client agreements, letters of authority, and other documents.
  • Handle correspondence such as letters, emails, and phone calls from clients and third parties.
  • Implement complex cases and manage confidential client information efficiently.
  • Open client files on Office 365 and Intelligent Office, input information onto client records, and handle queries.
  • Support new business processing, review preparation, and processing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to company procedures related to data security and client confidentiality.
  • Maintain professional and polite communication with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a financial services office environment, preferably 2 years or more.
  • Understanding of financial services products and processes.
  • Proficient in using systems such as Office 365, Word, etc.
  • Excellent skills in customer communication and service delivery.
  • Strong planning, prioritising, and analytical skills to deliver good outcomes for the business.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in inputting information and managing data.
  • Demonstrable behaviours of honesty, integrity, adaptability, enthusiasm, and dependability.
