Reed Food & FMCG are currently seeking a Flavour Laboratory Technician to become an integral part of our clients R&D team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day of the Role:- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient laboratory environment, ensuring it is organised and free of waste.
- Accurately and timely compound samples to meet customer requirements.
- Manage laboratory consumables and raw materials efficiently.
- Provide cover for sample dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and samples to customers.
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is ideal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- GCSE or equivalent at Grade 6 (B) or above in Maths and English language.
- Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach to work.
- Full Right to Work in the UK.
- Full clean driving licence.
