- Working with engineering and head office leads to develop and evaluate training strategies to align with our business needs/goals
- Management and monitoring of our Professional Qualification Training Scheme
- Overlook company apprenticeship program
- Ensure company induction and onboarding program is up to date and delivered to all new starters
- Maintaining training information, keeping files and matrices accurate and analysing data to provide a robust annual training plan
- Developing relationships with training suppliers
- Providing support to HR Manager in various areas
- Arranging meetings/CPD courses for engineers
- Performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the directors and engineers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.
- CIPD or relevant qualification and experience
- Previous L&D coordinator experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and motivate people
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge and experience of Office 365 software applications
- £27,000 - £33,000 dependent on experience
