The Role:

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and energetic professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. This position is well-suited to a confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in supply chain coordination, particularly in despatch, liaising with hauliers, preparing despatch paperwork, and managing third-party storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers and 3rd party transport partners to arrange and confirm deliveries, ensuring compliance with booking-in procedures
  • Preparing accurate and timely despatch paperwork (electronic and hard copies) in line with customer requirements
  • Coordinating the daily despatch of products with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing 3rd party raw material storage to align with the production plan
  • Overseeing contract-manufactured products to meet customer and internal requirements
  • Handling import and export documentation in compliance with international regulations
  • Maintaining professional communication across departments and with external partners

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Experience working in Despatch, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • ERP system experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
