- Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 subject to experience
- Provide office-based after-sales service and support to a diverse range of customers.
- Handle quotations, ordering, delivering, and invoicing of parts and services.
- Quote for preventative maintenance and chargeable work.
- Perform various service administration tasks as required.
- Engage in face-to-face interactions with customers, focusing initially on the sales of chargeable service and spare parts items.

- Good to strong mechanical and electrical background.
- Experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to make decisions and function autonomously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a clear ability to think under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in customer-facing roles and negotiation.
- Familiarity with CAD/SolidWorks is an advantage.
- German or Dutch language skills would be beneficial.
