Shift patterns: Mon to Thurs- 05:50-14:00 and 13:50 – 22:00
Fridays 05:50-11:20 and 11:10-16:40.
Our client is a major manufacturer of bearings for the automotive and aerospace industries, they are truly global with a presence in over 129 countries! They are looking for Semi-Skilled Operators to join their busy manufacturing team.

Depending on experience you would complete a range of duties which can include:
- Support manufacturing process requirements
- Work to aerospace quality standards
- Actively participate and support Manufacturing Excellence
- Uphold Health and Safety Regulations
What experience will Semi-Skilled Operators need?
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Understanding tolerances torque and measurements
- To provide general support to team leader / manager in maintaining and improving overall effectiveness of the channel
- Ability to work to local quality standards
- Experience of working in a Manufacturing/Production environment
- Ability to work Safely and methodically
- Ability work to standardised work procedures and policies
- Experience of working on manufacturing Lines
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing (5s, Material Flow)
- Machine operating, some experience of- Milling, Turing, CNC operations - beneficial not essential
