Location: Bristol - Clevedon

This role is ideal for a Geography Graduate or someone with data analysis experience looking for full time permanent work in the Water sector.

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Engineer/Technician 聽who will be analysing flow data reporting on findings in order to ensure all internal and external KPI's are met.

This role is suited to a graduate who is looking to kick start their career in the Water sector or candidates who has experience with report writing an analysis experience looking to further their career.

The role will involve:

路Commence projects in the Data Office.
路Meeting project deadline on time and to the client's specification.
路Undertake various data/flow editing/analysis finding any issues.
路Record/diarise status of each equipment type ensuring optimum output is attained.
路Coordinate externally with client representatives where applicable
路Coordinate internally with Data Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Managers and Site Teams
路Help towards the improvement of procedures of current systems.
路Occasional flexibility regarding work hours will be required.
路Key skills involved within the role: Microsoft Office, Flow monitoring, KPI's, Reporting, Degree, Data analysis, Excel, Graphs. Hydrologic.
路Full in house training will be provided for this role, however, previous experience within a similar environment would be highly advantageous


Experience - required and desirable:
路Educated to a degree level in ideally Geography Civil Engineering, any degree which contains water sector eg sewers, pipeline, water treatment, hydrology or similar
路Proficient in data analysis skills involving analysis of patterns and numbers
路GIS and Microsoft Office Skills predominantly Excel and Word.
路Outstanding attention to detail.
路Exceptional time management and organisational skills to achieve multiple deadlines.
路Must be presentable, dependable and able to communicate clearly.
路Degree level education, with a Hydrological element, highly advantageous but not essential.
路Experience working within water.
路Site experience in flow monitoring technologies would be an advantageous but not essential.
