This company is a specialist manufacturer of electrical products who are going from strength to strength as they look to grow their team. Due to exciting growth plans going into 2025, they are looking for a keen candidate to join their friendly team.

In this role you will be liaising with clients to discuss issues and service/ maintenance requirements, scheduling the engineers to attend call-outs and planned maintenance.

The role would be perfect for anyone who has experience with co-ordinating or scheduling of engineers, such as service co-ordinator, maintenance co-ordinator, service administrator, scheduler, or similar.

The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 38.5 hours
*Days based
*Speaking with clients over the phone
*Scheduling engineers and arranging service/ maintenance jobs

The Person:
*Experience with scheduling/ co-ordinating field engineers
*Good communication skills
