In this role, you will collaborate closely with the management team to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis. As Head Chef, you'll oversee all kitchen operations, train your team, and maintain the high standards already established while pushing for further improvement. JOB DESCRIPTION

As Head Chef you will ensure the smooth running of this successful business. You will take charge of the food culture in the pub, collaborating closely with the General Manager to drive business growth and assist in the development of seasonal menus alongside the Executive Chefs. As a Head Chef you will be required to nurture the team and foster an inclusive, supportive environment. Additionally, you will need excellent business acumen to efficiently manage the kitchen, overseeing stock, gross profits, and labour controls.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess proven culinary expertise, with the ability to prepare high-standard dishes using fresh ingredients. They will demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills, effectively leading and mentoring the kitchen team. Strong communication abilities are essential for successful collaboration and team cohesion.
