Yes Chef Recruitment are looking for a head chef for a stunning Michelin Guide restaurant in Clitheroe with a big reputation!

Weare looking for a dynamic, energetic and pasionate chef with a strong background in Michelin and multi Rosette cooking. We would welcome a strong sous chef looking to make thestep upand learn under ourmichelin star Chef Patron.

Local sesaonalproduce is at the heart of all the dishes here and our succesfulhead chef would be expected to fly the flag for local and seasonal Lancashire produce whislt delivering excellence and consistency to the guests maintaining standards and pushing boundaries,

This a great opportunity , there is no accomodation with this role however so a chefwithin 30 mins commute would be preffered.

This is a 5 day a week role and approx 48-50 hours per week.

Only serious candidtes need apply, woth a quality background and the fire to really buy into the owners philosphy and push the buiness forwards.
