Hindelinis at Gisburne Park Estate seeks a Chef.

Gisburne Park Estate is a Grade 1 Listed historic estate in the Ribble Valley.

In the heart of the 1000 acre private estate is our award winning holiday village Ribblesdale Park and our much loved restaurant Hindelinis.

Our extremely ambitious owners and hospitality experts intend to continue to make GPE one of the UKs leading holiday / food destinations and you can help us achieve this.

This is an exciting time to get involved with Gisburne Park Estate with a lot of expansion planned, opportunities for future progression is endless.

The ideal Chef has:

  • Previous relevant experience within a busy fresh food kitchen.
  • Passion for cooking and exceptional service standards with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
