Job Requirements
  • ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification, with substantial UK practice experience
  • Proven experience in managing an accountancy practice or a significant client portfolio
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on developing and supporting staff
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving improvements within the practice
  • Familiarity with accounting software packages such as Xero, Sage, or similar
