Time and Attendance Advisor 6 Months Barrow £14.23p/hr PAYE + Holidays Inside IR35 I am looking for a Time and Attendance Advisor with a strong administration background to join our client, BAE Systems, in Barrow. As a Time and Attendance Advisor, you will ensure that the weekly time and attendance and electronic timekeeping processes are completed in a timely manner across the business. Role Responsibilities • Process requests for leave and other absences. • Process pre and post approved overtime. • Reconcile clocking exceptions for employees who clock and for those on payroll 40. • Process timesheets for individuals who are unexpectedly absent. • Process the movement of employee between working patterns. • Time and attendance reporting. • Run pay files on a weekly basis. • Input supplementary hire data for new starts. Typical Knowledge, Skills and Qualification Requirements • Ability to problem solve time and attendance and electronic time keeping issues and ensure they are solved at their root cause to avoid reoccurrence. • Provide ‘at elbow’ support to the business on the time and attendance system. • Support the governance process for working patterns. • Ability to work independently. • Receptive to learning new IT and systems skills. • Communicate with all levels of the organisation. • Customer Service experience • Strong Administration background • Ability to work at a fast pace, sometimes working under pressure to challenging deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards of accuracy • Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload • Personal credibility and professional confidence • Intermediate IT skills, in particular MS Word and MS Excel and knowledge of MS Access • Minimum 4 GCSE’s at Grade C or above including Mathematics and English Morson is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
