Up to £55,000.00 DOE.

Monday - Friday 08:30 17:00.
Requirements
Lean manufacturing.
Production line and factory set up.
Ensuring production runs efficiently.
Implement improvements.
Trouble shooting, responding to machine breakdowns.
Support with new products.
Tool design and test new equipment.
Problem solving and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Hands on approach.
Able to work in line with policies and procedures.
Process documentation and administration.
Have a strong understanding of health & safety.
Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
Strong understanding of IT.
Liaise with suppliers.
Have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will be required to perform a manufacturing engineering role in a fast-paced production environment. You will need to set up the factory and the production lines. You will need to implement improvements, increase efficiencies and have a hands on approach to ensure the operation runs smoothly. You will need to support with new products, conduct tests on new equipment and have an understanding of lean manufacturing.
