Accounts/ Admin Assistant - No Agencies !!
About the role;
Carrying out the day-to-day administration which will include but not limited to administrative support to the management team
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing calendars
- Issuing quotations
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment etc.
- Day-to-day operations of the office
- Ensuring efficient workflow
- Developing systems and adherence to established policies and procedures
- Organising and filing of all health and safety documentation and including maintaining training records.
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping - sales & purchase ledgers, payroll, credit control. (Training will be given)
- Previous experience working in Construction is essential

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
