Accounts/ Admin Assistant - No Agencies !!

About the role;

Carrying out the day-to-day administration which will include but not limited to administrative support to the management team

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Managing calendars
  • Issuing quotations
  • Answering phone calls
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment etc.
  • Day-to-day operations of the office
  • Ensuring efficient workflow
  • Developing systems and adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Organising and filing of all health and safety documentation and including maintaining training records.
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping - sales & purchase ledgers, payroll, credit control. (Training will be given)
  • Previous experience working in Construction is essential
