An award-winning digital accountancy practice based in Markfield, Leicestershire are recruiting for a highly motivated, and experienced Senior Accountant to joining their growing team. Offering a salary up to £45,000 (DOE), hybrid working, 10% bonus after probation, private medical, 28 days holiday, and more.

Client Manager Job Overview
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, handling their bookkeeping, payroll, and pension needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with VAT, year-end accounts, and other regulations.
  • Provide insightful financial advice and guidance to your clients.
  • Take client calls, respond to queries and build strong relationships.
  • Utilise Xero and other cutting-edge accounting and AI-powered software tools to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
Client Manager Job Requirements
  • Holds a recognised Chartered Accountancy qualification (ACCA or ICAEW).
  • Possesses a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Has a proven track record of delivering high-quality accounting services.
  • Demonstrates excellent technical skills and in-depth accounting knowledge across the board. Being able to take the client on a journey from coffee bean to coffee cup through their compliancy news all the way through to their tax advisory and wealth creation needs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of deadlines and enjoys working independently.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Embraces technology and is proficient in utilising Xero and other accounting software.
Client Manager Salary & Benefits
  • A competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000 depending on experience.
