A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in the Coalville area. Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support their operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative functions.The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support across various departments, handling office coordination, and ensuring efficient workflow.Responsibilities of the Administrator will include:
  • Answering incoming calls and managing an inbox.
  • Maintaining organised records and filing systems, liasing with clients.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and financial administration.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Raising and processing sales invoices and credit control
