Macildowie are excited to partner with a leading luxury retail business in their search for a Junior Product Manager. Are you a proactive and commercially driven Junior Product Manager with a passion for bringing products to market? Key Responsibilities
- Manage the UK product portfolio throughout its lifecycle
- Plan and coordinate product launches, including internal and external presentations and training
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, design, technical, and customer service teams
- Monitor market trends, analyse data, and develop strategies to maximise product performance
- Support in the preparation and distribution of reports, forecasts, and market analysis
- Assist in the creation of product training modules in collaboration with Training Managers
- Support UK trade and consumer exhibitions
- Work alongside Senior Product Manager and wider product teams to drive business objectives
- Oversee competitor benchmarking, stock control, and commercial analysis
- Occasional overseas travel to support sales functions and attend product training
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar product or marketing role (minimum two years preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness with an analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with teams across the UK and internationally
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A proactive and organised individual with strong time management skills
- Experience managing tangible products (not services)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- A degree-level qualification is desirable but not essential
