Hays Education is working with a welcoming school in Coalville to find a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team after February Half Term until the end of the academic year. The school are looking for a Level 3 TA with an excellent working knowledge of phonics and experience supporting SEND pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2. You'll be joining a dedicated team of Teachers and Teaching Assistants who go above and beyond to provide the best possible education for their pupils.Your new roleIn your new job as a Teaching Assistant with Hays, you will work on alongside class Teachers to create an enjoyable working environment for pupils by offering 1:1 support in the classroom as well as leading interventions with small groups. You'll work collaboratively to foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues with a particular focus on supporting SEND pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2. You will also benefit from the support of your dedicated Recruitment Consultant, Hollie, who will be on-hand throughout your placement and beyond.What you need to succeedTo be successful in your new job, you will hold a Teaching Assistant Qualification to a Level 3 or higher and have recent experience working in a Primary School. You'll need to have excellent behaviour management skills and be prepared to support SEND and EAL pupils.
