Providing one-on-one support for students with complex behaviour needs? Assisting in small intervention groups, helping with emotional regulation and social skills? Implementing behaviour management strategies to support students effectively? De-escalating challenging situations calmly and positively? Creating a structured, safe, and engaging learning environment?? Key Skills & Qualities Needed for Behaviour Support:�? Strong behaviour management skills - Ability to implement de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement strategies�? Patience & empathy - Supporting students through emotional and behavioural challenges�? Adaptability - Tailoring support to individual needs and responding to changing situations�? Resilience - Staying calm under pressure and handling challenging behaviours with confidence�? Effective communication - Ability to work with students, staff, and parents to create the best learning environment�?
