- Annual salary of £26,000

- Monday to Friday- 08:00 to 16:00
The Role:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR manager and other department heads.
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers
- Administer the new joiner process and manage employee offers
- Handle leave processes and assist with related paperwork
- Manage the absence and holiday recording systems
- Update and maintain the HR system with employee data
- Coordinate eligibility to work checks and references
- Oversee administrative changes to terms and conditions
- Organise leaver arrangements and support disciplinary meetings
The Candidate:
The ideal HR Administrator will have the following qualifications and skills:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification
- Experience in an HR function with knowledge of HR policies
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with HR databases and systems
- Ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially
- Team player with flexibility to meet business needs
- Proficient in IT packages
The Package:
